So, I've never seen this movie, but I was on the 'Pieces of April' page, and this was in the recommendations section. Curious, I clicked on it, and now I'm wondering: Is she only pregnant with one baby? 'Cause she looks GIGANTIC in the picture.

yes, it was only one baby, but i was surprised at how huge she was in the movie.

Its probably because of how thin she is, which effects how pregnant you look even in real life.

Yes, I make spelling mistakes often as a result of using IMDB on mobile devices :)
