Where was the film shown in the 1970s anyhow?

Did this show up in theaters in Florida?

Was it for television one year for Christmas?

I'm still trying to figure out how this was expected to make money. Was it just a boring advertisement for Pirate's World and shown on television to advertise it?

It's just a mystery to me and I'm curious. Why was the film made?

I was attending college in Delaware at the time and I remember a terrible trailer for it which had the tagline "Pigs are not reindeer, children." It did actually play at that theatre but, fortunately, I did not pay to see it.
