Yes, I have NEVER heard of this movie...fairly glad I haven't seen it, though that synopsis on agonybooth was hilarious...I got here because I had typed in Mark Twain to see how many movies had been made out of his books and this was one of the movies on the Mark Twain list!!!

(Yeah a late reply but I only recently saw this movie.)
That's because for absolutely NO REASON WHATSOEVER Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn are in the movie. It makes zero sense that they be there, in Florida, in the 70's, and they contribute nothing to the plot. They pretty much just just hide and watch everyone and ask eachother what's going on. It's seriously stupid as hell. :P
