The Character 'Quinn'

I just noticed that the character of Quinn is played by renowned karate hard man Terry O'Neill ( http://www.fightauthority.com/martial-arts-profiles.php4?fighterID=14 ) - I wondered if he actually does very much in the film or is he one of those cameo characters that turns up, gets shot, the end?

I'm going to have to check this movie out. He used to be my karate instructor!

Seen him in other productions however.
