At what point do you think Silvana came to Dickie for help?

When do you think this would have taken place in the film? Does it make it clear in the book?

Would it have been at this moment as well when Dickie is told she is pregnant? I'm putting two and two together and assuming that the baby is his and this is why she came to him for help. Being informed of that you'd expect him to be rather affected by the news yet there aren't many moments before her death when he isn't enjoying himself. I did think in the scene when he walks in on Tom dancing in his clothes, he almost looks like he's come in after a bad night, exacerbated by seeing Tom dancing, and wondered whether he could have met with Silvana along the way? Or could it possibly be as recently in the film as sometime after she's waiting on the rocks looking at them on the boat?

There is a scene where Dickie is showing Tom around and they pass Silvana at her shop where she whispers "we need to talk" (or something like that).... probably some time between that and after her body is washed up.

I do not think its after he caught Tom dancing in his clothes.... his reaction is probably a result of a day spent, plus a long car journey, with Freddie in his ear telling him to ditch the leach.

I know the scene but that isn't the meeting Dickie refers to when confiding in Tom. I doubt he even knows of her pregnancy at that point. I could be wrong.

She must have gone to him at some point after that moment and before her death. The question is when. I suppose we don't know how long the passages of time are between each scene so it could really be any time. Like I've said in the OP though, you'd think news like that would trouble him, at least temporarily, and really the only time he looks troubled before her death is when he sees Tom dancing around.
