Is PSH annoying in EVERY movie he was in?

Or just the large majority? I swear there were a few things I liked him in.

He portrayed Owen Davian pretty damn good in my opinion.

Highlight of the movie I thought.

He did a good job portraying Freddie - who was such a dislikable guy. And I remember him from Boogie Nights where he was fantastic as Scotty. The complete opposite to Freddie BTW.
