My opinion: Good film.

I just caught this film on cable today, and I remember watching it and seeing the TV show. I have to say I think for being a spinoff of a tv show, this film is really good. The acting is good, the animation is wonderful, and the story is mysterious and entertaining.

For of those who hate this film, I disagree. I will say though, that the tv show is now very bad and outdated and that the sequels to this film are OK. But, this film is a classic memory of what NICK once was, back when it had heart.

The tv show is excellent still. I do think they should restore the quality of the older episode's animation, so more people will be interested in watching them. I don't like to watch the old episodes for that reason.

The animation is great in the movies because more money goes into it.

I like this movie. The sequals sucked and the show is awful now, but this movie was possibly the last of the good days of Rugrats. I loved the animation, and the movie was funny, and it had great acting. I remember seeing it in theatres when I was real little (I think it was my first theatre movie)

this movie made me cry a bunch, so did the paris one, this is the best cartoon ever and ranks #5 on my all time TV show list
