Groundhog Day
Obviously this is a completely different film and part of the connection I'm making is slightly tongue in cheek.
But they both seem to follow the idea that to "get out," whether its getting out of living the same day or getting out of a sticky situation with German gangsters, everything has to be done the "right" way, including making good/moral decisions and just plain old luck.
