How come if both Lola and Mannie smoked they both had such a good condition to run?
I mean seriously, few people could have run that much without being agitated or with the need of a break or a glass of water, but Lola didn't.
As for Mannie we don't see him run that much but still, I was just wondering.

I would have died trying to run that much.
Even just thinking of the amount of running the actress had to do,..
It didn't say how long they had been smoking. Maybe Lola had only been smoking for a month, a length of time which wouldn't hinder her stamina or breathing.
Being inconsistent is better the being consistently bad.
If you smoke but also work out a lot you would still be fit.. I'd have died though.

shareHoly *beep* are you serious? She's running for 20 minutes tops. It's not even 20 minutes, she runs like what, 7-8 minutes to her dad's office, then another 7-8 minutes to Manni. I don't know how out of shape you would have to be not to be able to run like 15 minutes with a 5 minute break in the middle.
shareIt's all about adrenaline. When someone's life is at stake, people have shown the ability to do amazing things. I'll reference the example of a Mother lifting up a car to save her baby's life. There has also been speculation that Lola has some sort of "superpower" hence the fact that she saves a man's life and her scream can control things.

it was 20 minute increments. most young people can manage (if its a serious enough thing) to run for that long at a high pace

I think it's because they were both young, and maybe hadn't been smoking for a long time.
