Does Lola know somehow about each previous run?
Just watched it again after almost 15 years!!!
and we are debating whether or not she somehow knew about a previous run before each subsequent run somehow. Thoughts?!?

Not consciously, but the fact that she knows how to take the safety off of the gun on her second run shows she does know subconsciously. I see the story kind of as a video game, in which Lola gets to get another try until she succeeds.
shareI don't know, often it seems like she does especially since she changes things around from the gate with how she deals with the guy with the dog in the stairway when running out... If she didn't surely she would do everything the same but if she did why would she always runs to her dad for money time and time again?
Maybe the other guy who posted is on to something about subconciously remembering stuff...
Either way I have no idea how she managed to rob a bank in like 4 minutes in the second try... Or take the Casino route for that matter
I'm gonna refuse you an offer you can't make
