Something very strange happened to me....

I found out something that felt very VERY odd the other day. I was browsing around this site dedicated to martin short and it had pictures of his characters from various films, and I came across his 'Frik' character from Merlin. Now, ever since I watched that TV series, (being 18 now, I think i was around 10 then) I have somehow remembered his character like no other, very vaguely in my mind, which is really odd and I don't know why. At the time I didn't have internet so I couldn't look him up and I didn't know who played him, I just remember watching this film with a strange elfish character in a black cat suit thing! Now up until this day I hadn't seen the character or watched the series, but when I saw the picture of the character on the screen, I felt a sudden EUREKKA!! feeling and then knowing my new found celeb craze played him, it overwelmed me!! I felt a bit like how Amelie felt in the film Amelie Poulan.

...You mean "Eureka," right?
Honestly I think you should focus on spelling and other educational things instead of Merlin. You're 18, you should know how to spell eureka... Unless you did it on purpose...
Cool that you remembered the character, but there are other movies that are far more magical than this one.

If they have the same level of quality storytelling as this film, i'd like to know what they are, and besides, its the slightly more earthy feel of this film that makes it that tiny bit more believeable.

Wow. Here's an idea: let it go. Most of his post was fine. Why not give him crap for mispelling overwhelmed too? It's not impossible that it was a typo, is it? Besides, your grammar is hardly anything to hold up to scrutiny. Sentence fragments and missing commas may be commonplace for you, but they make you look like a hypocrite when you attack someone else's written communication.

Yeah, I figured that out too....Martin Short is my newest favorite celebrity and I was browsing around here and was remembering all the roles I've seen him play but not knowing it was him until now (does that make sense?) yeah... I was also surprised to find that I owned about a quarter of his movies. So, naturally, I watched them all.
