'Change one thing, change everything' - The Butterfly Effect
Mab (as well as the Lady of the Lake) are both played by Miranda Richardson. Morgan le Fey is played by Helena Bonham Carter. "The son", I presume, is Mordred, played by Jason Done.
No, Morgan isn't Mab's daughter. She's the daughter of Igraine (Arthur's mother, the woman Uther fell in love with), and her first husband, the Duke of Cornwall. She possesses no magic powers, but was visited by Frik (Mab's servant) as a child. She is bitter about what happened to her father, and so, when Frik returns to her and makes her beautiful, she allies herself with him and Mab to help bring down Arthur's kingdom by sleeping with her half brother and begetting a son- Mordred.
Of course, the film version differs slightly from most of the other versions of the legend, but as Mab doesn't appear in any other retelling of the legend, I can be pretty confident in saying she wasn't related to Morgan in any of those, either.
Try not to panic. Just think of it as landing a little more vertically than usual
