I absolutely loved Merlin! Someone bought it for me on DVD, and then they gave a free copy away with a Sunday Newspaper in the UK! Anyway, the next week they gave away the sequel...Merlin's Apprentice. I could hardly watch it! I thought it was terrible! Any thoughts on this? Did anyone like it?

i didnt hate it, if it were another film i wouldve thought it was watchable but the original was so good and this one is nothing to the original, i guess the original just wasnt meant to have a sequal

I didn't like it - it was very repetitive and if I can believe in magic I can believe the peasants were clean - I find it very distracting when people have dirty faces and clothes - I know they are trying to make it realistic but they don't need to.
