Jeffrey Combs, Jack Black and Jennifer Esposito played their roles very well. Combs was excellent as the eccentric dickhead hotel manager - Black was perfect as the stoner reggae mun and Esposito nailed the role as the attractive but dark and

These 3 are more interesting than the main characters

They’re better than everyone except JLH, who is a very good actress and ridiculously stunning.

I’d add John Hawkes to your list, he was great as the fisherfriend.
