Here's my guess on how it'll go.
The movie will open with a prologue where Ben kills Karla. By this point, Julie and Karla aren't as in touch, so it takes a while for Julie to learn about this.
The majority of the movie will be about Julie and Ray's kid(s).
i doubt this will happen , it wouldn't work with the same characters also considering Ben would be like around 70 years old , they should just reboot and use entirely different characters and plot.
