Who makes it to the end?

It has been such a long time since I watched this movie. I have the first on DVD but not this one and I can't remember who survived to see another day at the end. Can anybody inform me please? :D

Julie, Ray and Karla survived.

If you choose not to dismiss the final scene as another dream by Julie, then Karla is the only survivor.
