Brandi said it when she was looking a giant globe in the last 45 minutes or so of the movie. It was just such a stupid line.
shareJulie was the one who looked aat the globe, then Estes came out behind her and Karla yelled "Julie look out!"

Here's how it came out:
Estes: Brasilia. (Julie get's a fright) That's the capital of Brazil. Not Rio.
Then after Will, Estes, and Tyrell fight and more is said..
Julie: Look, we didn't even answer the radio question right... This whole thing was a setup.
Karla: What do you mean?
Julie: Rio isn't the capital of Brazil. It was the wrong answer. Sorry, we lose.
