What do you believe is the funniest scene in the movie?

For me, it's the whole zipper sequence.

Got to be the zipper scene... so funny on so many levels... how those who see Ted's mess react in such horror... the total chaos that ensues as well as Ted being totally humiliated... "... Don't worry she's a dental hygienist she'll know exactly what to do..." "... we got a bleeder..." "how did you get the beans above the franks?" And, of course there's Warren adding in "Franks and Beans... Franks and Beans"

I love the subtle dialogue, when Healy tells Ted Mary's a mail order bride for Japanese men Ted says "She's a whale!".

Cracks me up every time.

"There is no Hollywood any more, there's just a bunch of banks"

Both scenes with Puffy. Healy and Puffy and Ted wrestling with Puffy. Others include:

Tucker trying to pick up his keys

Magda frenching Puffy

Gay rest stop raid

Hair gel

And the infamous zipper scene.

Tucker trying to pick up his keys had me on the floor with tears streaming down my face. I'm so going to hell for thinking that was funny, but it was hysterical.

Matt Dillon's intro to Cameron Diaz at the driving range was not only the funniest scene in this movie, but easily in the top 5 funniest scenes of any movie. I almost got into a car accident on the way home because I was laughing so hard thinking back on it.

The only other time I've seen a dog go into Cardiac Arrest in a movie is Sex Tape, which ironically, Cameron Diaz starred in that too! The dog gets thrown across the room because he grabbed the Sex Tape they were trying to retrieve, passes out, and Jason Segal asks Siri on his phone, "How do you give a dog CPR", and her response:
