Joe Fox - Fox News

I find it intriguing that Fox "News" was launched in 1996, two years before this film was released, and "Joe Fox" is the name of the film's main right wing character. This is intriguing because Fox "News" is clearly and unarguably a propaganda loudspeaker supporting big business Oligarchy over and against the common man and small businesses, and they do so with a mountain of misinformation.

I find it sickening how Joe Fox wins Kathleen Kelly's heart at film's end, which makes this film little more than a greedy, lying Republican's wet dream (Joe lies about his real identity via the 'net throughout the film, just as Fox "News" lies about the full truth every day).

Coincidence? I think not.

Give me a break; this trash is transparent.

Yes, all Republicans are very wealthy and greedy. Meanwhile all Democrats are poor and generous. That's why they're poor. Because they give all theor money away.

My head hurts from rolling my eyes.

Don't try to put words in my mouth when you clearly don't understand what I'm expressing. I never wrote nor do I believe the things you thought I expressed. Everything is a matter of *degree* (a subtlety lost on many or most right wingers, BTW).

We need to put "news" in quotes because Fox is biased and misleading, but MSNBC is the pinnacle of fair reporting.

joflo11, that is the most ignorant and not even a true statement that you could make. Not ALL republicans are greedy and not all democrats are generous.

I think JoFlo11 was holding a sarcasm sign whilst typing
