The look Bill gives to Max's father when he meets him and realizes Max's father isn't a neurosurgeon after all. AMAZINGLY subtle brilliance from Bill.

The Bill Murray character had a pretty good idea before then that Max's father was probably NOT a surgeon . . . I agree the reaction was great and subtle.
