If he was in the middle of going to law school why was he “making a run at it” to go to Vegas and betting his entire tuition? Surely it would’ve been logical to keep grinding and pay off his education first and then play a high stakes game to go to the fucking Mirage or whatever
It’s not even 5 minutes in and we learn the main character is a degenerate gambler… had no sympathy for this chump
