Hi there,
Quite a lot of the movie is filmed in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Some shots in Capelle aan den IJssel and more in South-Africa.
Some of the scenes set in SA are actually in Rotterdam and Capelle.

Is this any help?

Some parts of the car chase were filmed in the Netherlands, including the climax in the multi-storey car park and the scene where Jackie's Lancer churns up potatoes. The black BMWs change from right hand drive to left hand drive during these scenes, and other left hand drive cars appear as well.

Just a bit more for you on this one. The Hotel scene just before the Mitsubishi Evo car chase is filmed at the Lost City in the Sun City Holiday Resort near Johannesburg, the car chase ends at a Boer War monument called Fort Klapperkop near Pretoria. I'm a bit sad and had my photo taken stood on the same hill where JC shouts "Who Am I?"!!!!

Yeah. The bulk of the movie was shot in South Africa (Jo'burg, Pretoria, Sun city, Kakamaas and others) The ending was shot somewhere in holland.

The ending was shot in Rotterdam.
