About how many minutes were cut from the US version of this movie? Thanks in advance.

About 20 minutes. Quite a lot, especially from the beginning (native African part)

Yeah, sth like that. I saw this on HBO India a few days back and couldn't help but noticing it. HBO is quite a good channel actually.
