Remake terror

Out of couriosity, is anyone else terrified of a She-ra cartoon remake after the disaster they created with the new He-man. We're talking about a corner stone of my whole childhood. I'm not sure I could take the modernazation. I would be seriously thrilled if they started putting out She-ra on DVD, and more so if her stuff became mainstream again. But is it worth the worry. Some change is needed to make it modern-friendly I realize, but after the new He-Man, I just don't know.

i lived near the Philly area during the 80's and for some reason i have no real collection of the She-Ra series, let alone it lasting for 93 episodes. maybe it came on early in the afternoon because i remember gettin home from school around 4:30, but even with halfdays i would seen it a few times. strange. how long did He-Man last since it was the more popular show.

She-ra came on at 3:30. I got of the bus and raced home to catch the end of the opening theme song.

He-Man lasted 132 episodes.

I totally agree, they would feel the need to make them teeny mall-rats with matching west coast voices.
