Huntara was a person of colour too - she was originally meant to be black, but for some reason that was deemed inappropriate and they made her purple skinned instead. There were plans for a follow-up episode called 'The Silaxian Wars' which would have shown many many more people of colour from Huntara's planet of Silax, but Filmation's resident psychologist axed the episode, deeming it to be far too violent.
The Twiggets and Madame Razz had an entirely different complexion from other folks on Etheria.
The Rock People were arguably people of colour, and the issue of Racism was touched on with the TROLLS on Etheria - who were portrayed as "different people".
Then you had such Etherian inhabitants/tribes as Loo-Kee's clan and the Bibbets - who are technically creatures I guess, but acted more like regular people than creatures.
