Are episodes out of order

In one episode Adora scales a mountain to see Light Hope about becoming She-Ra. In the next episode no had ever been to Crystal Castle.

That episode is a flashback to an earlier adventure. It begins with Madame Razz telling them the story of how She-Ra found the Crystal Castle.

their were many goofs in he-man and she-ra, even the makers used to make light of this, just take the show as it is, light hearted fun with good morals

I didn't get to where I am today by being nice!!!!!!!

In episode "Prisoners of Beast Island", you first meet Sorrowful the dragon and the rebels know him. Then a later episode "The Laughing Dragon" introduces same dragon to rebels. I know some episodes in He-Man have been swapped for chronological purposes on the DVDs but I don't know whether this has been done for the She-Ra DVDs. Got the R2 Series 1.1 and it hasn't been done on them.

The R1 DVDs appear to try and sequence the episodes in "story continuity order", but even so, one often encounters problems. For instance, the Season 1 episode ENCHANTED CASTLE is a flashback that recounts how Adora first met Castaspella, however it would really seem to belong in SEASON TWO because characters like Flutterina (and I believe Peek-a-blue) make cameo appearances in it.

I'm responding to a message that was posted nearly 9 years ago, but for what it's worth, one of my longstanding problems with SHE-RA was that major characters like Light Hope weren't introduced till the middle of Season 1. While I'm fine with that from a storytelling point of view, I DON'T like the fact that Light Hope is mentioned in the Opening Credits almost right from the beginning of the series........yet, viewers are left to wonder who/what he and the Crystal Castle are until the Season 1 is half-way through.

Yes, the episodes are often out of order - whether one is looking at the order in which they aired OR EVEN the order in which they were PRODUCED, it seems!!
