Yes, it is by Luna. That particular song is called "Dear Paulina". It was isued in a limited release 7" record b/w "Seven-Eleven", the instrumental heard during the convenience store scene.

Since the band has split, there's been talk of a Luna rarities album in the future. Perhaps some of these tunes will show up there. Otherwise, check eBay for the "Dear Paulina" single. It shows up on there from time to time.
