Dallas shot, Casey dressed - ?

Weird question, Dallas is shot in the middle of raping Casey, safe to assume he was at least unzipped for the occasion? But in the next scene, he's completely dressed, despite still being tied up in the chair. Did I miss something?

I think she only unzipped him, and kept his pants on, cause in the next scene the hillbilly covered his groin area with the flap of his shirt.
