I love Judge Milian but why does she scream
Every time she's giving her verdict?
shareHonestly can't say ever I've had the impression that she "screamed" the verdict.
Sometimes, when the litigants are particularly wacky, she seems to deliver the verdict in a quiet, disgusted tone -- as she bangs the gavel and rushes off the bench.
I've noticed it many times! It may not necessarily be that she's screaming but her voices raises so that it's almost like she's shouting.

she does it because she is Mexican and they are naturally loud people
By the way, she's Cuban.
Bookman's post was deleted by an admin? I wonder why, he didn't say anything bad in the post?

She only does it when litigants are so outrageous or frustrating. Especially if they're trying to keep talking while she's ruling.
If it's a case with someone who has a legitimate defense but it doesn't really apply, or they're both respectful litigants who simply have a dispute on the facts of the case, or something like that she doesn't yell.
But if it's someone who tells her not to believe the video evidence right in front of her that proves them wrong, she'll probably scream the verdict at them.

I love to watch "The People's Court", I don't get that vibe from her but I'm not going rule it out. I only have three things that don't sit right with me.
1. Her yelling
2. Her correcting people when they say a word wrong. I know some people would see that as trying to help but it's gets annoying.
3. There was one case where she threw a black woman out of her court for getting loud/getting smart with her which I can understand her throwing her out but on the flip side a white woman was getting loud and smart and she didn't throw her out. I side eyed that.
4. She talks over people and then when they talk over her, she says "stop talking, when I'm talking".
5. She very messy. When she reads text messages on phones, she makes sure to read messages that has nothing to do with the case. Or if someone calls the phone, she will ask a million questions about who the person is.
#2...What annoys me is that she uses present tense when she is speaking of the past. "Do you go to the doctor?" instead of "did you go to the doctor." She does that all of the time.
shareShe's very hyper and one minute is all she needs to get your blood boiling.
