How would you describe Darth Sidious's body language?

It's very fitting for the character, but I can't really put into words why.
How would you describe it?

Calculated. Like every movement, every gesture was planned out ahead of time in his head and he is just playing his part.

That's a good way to put it. What do you make of his gait? The way he walks with his hands at his waist reminds me of something I can't place.
