Did one of the 'Lone Gunmen' leave the show?
I have been watching the show's episodes again, and in series 7 one of them- the 'tall' besuited one- seems to be a different actor?
If it is, why did the other guy leave?
None of the Lone Gunmen actors ever left the show. I'm sure the explanation would be obvious if you'd tell us the episode you're talking about though.

Ah. In that episode the Lone Gunmen were in disguise when we see them because they were being followed by some black ops types. All three of them were present, but they'd purposely changed their individual looks. The guy usually in the suit (Byers) was wearing the black t-shirt, and Frohike was now wearing the suit instead...
...not to mention a pretty bad hairpiece.
Ah, that explains it then! I did see the ''original'' guy (him) in later episodes! Lol
