Yes, it's a shame. There is a soundtrack to the film, but it only features instrumental tracks.
The tracks you are looking for were also written for the film, so I'm guessing you're not going to find them elsewhere, which is a pity as they are pretty good. Especially "Good Old Shoe". Perhaps you could try the Library of Congress?
I remember the commerical played Smashmouth's Walking On The Sun.
