Underrated, but awesome!

James Woods nailed it, and Carpenter was able to shape a done-to-death idea into an extremely fun film.

The action is great, and the whole thing rolls really well. It doesn't try to be anything than what it is: A campy, 50's B-movie for the 90's. But as far as low-key horror-thriller go, this one works on every level.

it's so unnoticed, It doesn't even have a cult status.. But It's still a great film.
