Thomas Ian Griff wasnt right
He was the wrong choice to play Valak..
Woodsy as always shines, Carpenter semi delivers but Valak ruined that part...
Needed a charismatic actor like Chris Sarandon.
I was iffy when I heard Griffith was cast but in the end he had the look,the finess,and the chops that made Valek one of the toughest vamps on screen.
