Absolutely not. Tommy was the most entertaining in The Fugitive, but he was actually boring in this. They also missed the opportunity to give the rest of his team more personality.
This was also another conspiracy action thriller like so many in the 90s, I liked how The Fugitive felt more realistic.
Yeah they went for the action movie in this one while the original was more of a suspense thriller.
Having Downey Jr. in there helps this film a lot.
No. The Fugitive is far superior, even the cast who played the US Marshals admit it.
