this film should get a 7 at least! its such a good film! every1 was on top form in this film and its 1 of the best films they made in the 90's i reckon...
shareI love this movie too but a lot of people really hate it. I admit the story is pretty cliche but I think it's told in a really awesome way by De Palma, and Nicolas Cage's performance makes it work for me. It's like a fun B movie almost.
shareI liked it too--except for the ending--which was pretty bad. ...I think people say it's a bad movie overall due to the the last third of the movie. It's a pity, because the first two-thirds are so good.

I don't hate it. It's a good movie. I liked it but as most of them say it lacks punch. We know who could have done it after secretary of defence is shot in 10-15 min. The rest of the story is just plain.. going through.

I agree. It's a great thriller and the acting (except for the girl) is awesome, but then somehow they manage to turn it into a Hollywood story. Walking in the tunnel portion especially, is so fake.
