Has anyone noticed that there was an actor and character with the same name in the same film? Does anyone know of any other films with this strange occurrence (of course excluding films where people play them self)?
shareSometimes a movie based on real events will have a cameo by someone involved in those events. I remember one example being JFK had a cameo by Jim Garrison (the guy that Costner played).

In The Green Mile there are two characters, one called Harry and one called Dean Stanton and one fo the actors, whoplays neither character, was Harry Dean Stanton. Weird huh? :D
