Gary Sinise plays Commander Kevin Dunne. But Kevin Dunn also acts in this film. Can anybody think of another film that has a character who essentially shares the same name with one of the actors? Aside from actors playing themselves and Being John Malkovich?

hey just to tack on an extra point here, actor Kevin Dunn actually says the full name himself in dialogue as the reporter.

I doubt there's another case of an actor saying his own full name in dialogue but referring to a character in the film
(other than a silly look-alike scenario -like Ocean's 12.
