Patsy 'Ned Campbell' (Drew Carey lookalike) actor switch?
Do I need to watch again, or did I notice the conventioneer ("Ned Campbell"/Drew Carey lookalike) who the woman in white that talks to the Secretary as he's shot plays for a patsy by tricking him to taking her to his hotel room...is this actor (David Anthony Higgins) switched, or perhaps filmed days later needing a shave?
