Raccoon City really Springfield, MO??

Some local guys made a video about the theory going around that Raccoon City was based on Springfield, MO. The comparisons work better for the games than the movies, but still pretty interesting stuff!

As a Joplin resident, this is one of my favorite theories. If by some miracle I ever become involved in an RE reboot, I'll make damn sure that Springfield is shot as Raccoon City.
