shareUmm..... I get being furious when your spouse cheats on you, but premeditated, cold blooded murder seems just a bit much. He could have just divorced her and walked away with a boat load of money. He wasnt stuck with her. No prenuptial agreement and proof of infidelity. He could have gotten on with his life. Instead his wife had to kill him in self defense. Its just my opinion, but I would call that his fault. Infidelity is not a capitol offense in 20th or 21st century America.

I agree that Douglas was despicable in trying to get her murdered, but, I find Paltrow insufferable....both back then, and CERTAINLY today, and for the past five years (or whenever she started her ridiculous GOOP garbage). So, I don't feel too bad about Douglas wanting to murder his rich, cheating wife.

But then they should have set it up where she wasn't a lying, cheating moron without common sense to know she's sleeping with a professional con man and felon. I had no sympathy for her either.
