A parody of the first movie

MI2 was the first MI movie I watched. I was like 13 and at the time I thought it was awesome. 14 years later, not so much. Now I realize how hilariously bad this movie is. The slow-mo, the silly smiles that Tom Cruise does (even mocked by the villain), the horrible music, the close-ups, the stupidity of the villain - who knows he's being played by the girl, but insists on letting her deceive him...

The best part got to be when Nyah gets herself infected and asks Ethan to kill her. Then, Ethan proceeds to point a gun at her and makes this face like he's really trying to get a huge $hit out of his *beep* It's absolutely hilarious.

I mean, the main storyline of the Chimera virus is really interesting, but John Woo's directing and Tom Cruise's silliness killed this flick.
