It's interesting how the pacing of this kind of thriller has changed in 20+ years - for the worst I think. If they made it now it would be faster, there would be more guns, a car chase and some over the top hand to hand combat - plus the music would probably be crap. Nice to see Carrie Preston in there as well.

today this film would have transgender kid instead of autisic kid, and he hold secret code to white supremacy and not undercover agent.
