His Pistol

any one know what kind of pistol Willis was carrying throughout the movie? In particular the hospital scene? Thanks guys.

He uses a Smith & Wesson Sigma. It was S&W's answer to the Glock but it was frought with problems and frankly was a terrible firearm. S&W fixed it and released an "improved" version in 2004.

I'm sure S&W paid a tidy sum of money to get this firearm in the movie. AFAIK, this is the only movie where it was featured.

Good eye, I was watching this movie with my cousin (we watch Willis movies for kicks), and he thought it was a glock but it's clearly a S&W.

It's also in 'Phone Booth', 'Austin Powers in Goldmember', 'Casino Royale', 'American Dragons' & 'The Substitute'.

It was a S&W Sigma but Willis incorrectly identified it as a "9mm on the sidewalk down below" at the end of the movie. The Sigma was/is .380 ACP. Yep, this is a shortened 9mm cartridge but we still refer to it as .380 ACP and I doubt seriously an FBI agent would be carrying one as his primary duty weapon. They probably don't even carry 9mm anymore; more than likely they would carry .40 S&W or larger.

Also, any time you need to ID a weapon used in a movie, this website should be helpful:
