Misname on the Back of the DVD Case

On the region 1 DVD for Knock Off, I found on the back of the case in the synopsis paragraph that Jean-Claude Van Damme's character was misnamed "Marcus Bay", instead of "Marcus Ray". Has anyone noticed this?

Walmart $5 Bin Dvd. Thats the only place I've seen this mistake at. I have a different Dvd Cover Front/back that does not have this error. Pretty funny when I 1st saw it, I was like Thats not his name!!! What da heck's up with this.
