My Favorite line in the movie....

the movie was god awful, but the funniest line in the movie was when G was selling the water-squirting toilet, and his reaction was "this is the nastiest product on the whole network." *beep* was funny as hell. anyone else think there was at least one other funny part??

G: Seventy-five years. That's how much time you get if you're lucky. Seventy-five years. Seventy-five Winters. Seventy-five Springtimes. Seventy-five Summers. And Seventy-five Autumns. When you look at it like that, it's not a lot of time, is it? Don't waste them. Get your head out of the rat race and forget about the superficial things that pre-occupy your existence and get back to what's important now. Right Now. This very second. And I'm not saying, drop everything and let the world come to a grinding halt. I'm saying that you could become a seeker. You could be loving more. You could be taking some chances. You could be living more. You could be spending more time with your family. You could be getting in touch with the part of you that lives instead of fears; the part of you that loves instead of hates; the part of you that recognizes the humanity in all of us. And I tell you, That's where you're fortunate.

this is my fave and in the world we live in today it sooo true

This movie sucks because it's pseudo-profound and completely banal. If you want to watch a movie that makes you ponder the state of humanity, watch The Thin Red Line. That movie is a masterpiece.

come on,
doe we really need that wannabe funny
and completely preachy films?

if you want films about humanity and love watch:

To end all wars
Sophie Scholl - The last days

but not this shallow crap.
This was totally unbelievable.
Especially Kelly Preston! Coming from
a elite university she is introduced as
cold blooded career woman, yet her heart
is "soft like butter" as we germans say
and she falls for the first human blabber...

btw: My pastor is a better preacher than g :-)
g had no content...

i enjoyed the movie.

One of my favorite lines is when G asks Morgan Fairchild if he can hold the remote for a moment and the Production guys softly says, "DON'T put your life in his hands".
