Can anyone till me if their is a Soundtrack for Holy Man if their is can you till me or does anyone Remember the songs that was playing in the movie?

Look on the left side of the "Holy Man" main page and you'll see a list of detail headings on this movie. Click on "soundtrack".

The soundtrack is composed by Alan Silvestri but it was originally composed for the movie "Contact". They just reused it in Holy Man.
