What happens to Kenny's prosecution post-arraignment?
It's heavily implied Kenny is in there for a few weeks, possibly a couple of months. That means he's seen a judge and his case is proceeding. Even after they post his bail and get him out, he may still be convicted of involuntary animal abuse/negligence and manslaughter and possibly assault or attempted murder of a peace officer. And he basically admitted his crime and was caught red handed by the cop.
