It's some time since I saw it, so I might not be remembering it correctly, but I think you might be referring to Paloma Negra. Does it have some very pleasant guitar which doesn't change despite the utter change in expression of the singer? Something incongruously beautiful about that to my ear. Anyway, even if it's not the one you're referring to, it's from Frida and worth having (as is a lot of the music in that film).
