When the guy was pinned under the Chicken's house and was bound and gagged. He finally saw what he suspected was confirmed. The flying contraption was complete and he muffled "Oh Mrs Tweeeeedyyyyyyy!"

When the chickens are attacking Mr Tweedy and he yells "Mrs Tweedy! The chickens are revolting!" and she's busy with the machine and she goes "Finally something we can agree on!"
Or when the chickens find out about the chicken pies:
